Fifteen years after the demon lord’s defeat, the Kingdom of Actus enjoys a long-awaited calm. Fresh out of school, 16-year-old mage Kotone Kazairo heads to Dali, the royal capital, hoping to start her new life with a home of her own—so she pays a visit to Rent Plan Guide, better known as RPG Real Estate.

At the office, Kotone meets the team: the levelheaded priest Rufuria, the tomboy warrior Rakira, and the sweet demihuman Fa. She soon finds herself working alongside them, learning the ropes of matching clients with the right living space in a world full of varied races and quirky requirements. Finding the perfect fit isn’t always simple, but Kotone and her coworkers keep at it, helping each customer settle in—one place at a time.
