Senpai is an Otokonoko

First-year student Saki Aoi, like many of her classmates, can’t help but admire the striking Makoto Hanaoka, a senior who serves on the student council. Nervous about confessing to someone she believes is another girl, Saki gathers her courage and speaks her feelings anyway—only to learn that Makoto is actually a boy who cross-dresses.

Expecting Saki to pull away, Makoto is caught off guard when she accepts him without hesitation. He turns down her request to date, admitting his uncertainty about his identity and the fact that he’s never been in love, but Saki refuses to give up, declaring she’ll be his first. As her resolve presses forward, Makoto is left questioning whether he can return those feelings when he struggles to truly accept himself.
