Tasokare Hotel

Set in a perpetual dusk, Tasokare Hotel serves as a waystation for souls caught between life and death. Its guests arrive with no clear sense of what has happened to them, and each is assigned a room where hidden keepsakes can help piece their memories back together. For most, clarity comes quickly—leading them either onward or back to the living—though a rare few remain far longer than anyone expects.

Among them is Neko Tsukahara, a young woman whose blank expression masks a growing interest in the hotel’s strange residents. As the staff guides her through the rules of this in-between place, Neko begins to recover fragments of her past and finds herself drawn into resolving the troubles other guests leave behind. Before long, unraveling their stories—and the secrets at the heart of Tasokare Hotel—becomes too compelling for her to ignore.
