Synopsis

Sentouin D has slipped into the Ranger Force under the identity of Hibiki Sakurama, bringing him within reach of the Dragon Keepers he intends to bring down. As he maneuvers for the most advantageous position inside the organization, he’s placed in the Green Squadron—a unit tasked with tracking down and eliminating boss monsters thought to have vanished long ago.

Alongside fellow newcomer Angel Usukubo, their senior Kanon Hisui, and a shadowy informant named Chidori, D’s first assignment leads them to an abandoned school known as a hangout for delinquents. What begins as a routine check quickly turns into a snare, and the team realizes a boss monster is pulling the strings. Trapped and under pressure, D must find a way out with the others—if he’s going to keep chasing his vision of a world without boss monsters or the Dragon Keepers.
