The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World

Middle-aged illustrator Kenichi Hamada is abruptly whisked away to another world, only to discover an unexpected lifeline: he can still access “Shangri-La,” the online shopping site he used back in Japan. With the ability to order nearly anything, he soon reaches a nearby town and decides to put his unusual advantage to work as a merchant.

By bringing in goods from Earth, Kenichi quickly earns his keep, picks up new acquaintances, and draws the interest of local businesses. Still, he has little desire for trouble, so he leaves the settlement behind to build a small cabin in the forest—determined to enjoy a calm, self-sufficient life, even when interruptions occasionally find their way to his doorstep.
