Ibuki Tonami relies on a quiet drink to take the edge off college life and her responsibilities as the dorm’s resident assistant. After unpleasant experiences in the past, she’s become self-conscious about the hiccups she gets when she drinks, so she keeps her evenings private—until first-year student Botan Kamiina arrives at the same dorm and starts to shift that routine.

On a dorm outing, Botan happens to catch Ibuki drinking alone and, despite never having tried alcohol herself, can’t help being curious about both the drink and the person. Ibuki agrees to share, and Botan quickly reveals an unexpected side: the normally cheerful, well-behaved newcomer turns into a bold flirt after a few sips.
