At Rikkyoin High School, newcomer Chihiro Enomoto embarks on a new chapter in life, having faced the challenges of losing his parents at a young age. Now living with his older sister Shinobu, he dedicates himself to honing his skills in cooking and managing household tasks. On his very first day, a chance encounter in the school library leads him to fall head over heels for Tokino, a beautiful girl who captures his attention instantly.

As Chihiro navigates his new environment, he finds himself at the center of a romantic whirlwind. His childhood friend Ritsuko, now the chair of the student council, rekindles her feelings for him, adding complexity to his already tumultuous emotions. Meanwhile, the race for leadership among the student body unfolds, as candidates vie for positions in a unique lottery system.
