*Shirobako Specials* presents OVA versions of the opening episodes from two in-universe TV anime created by Musashino Animation in *Shirobako*, offering a glimpse at the very projects the studio staff are shown bringing to life.

In **Exodus!: Shutsu Tokyo**, Akane, Aya, and Alpine make up Tracy, an idol unit still struggling to draw attention. After a supermarket show plays to a discouragingly small crowd, Akane resolves to confront their apathetic manager, Taguchi—only for the trio to discover his body in a storage room and find themselves treated as the leading suspects, even as the notoriety they longed for begins to spread.

**Daisan Hikou Shoujotai: FALLING ANGEL** follows the 307 Aerial Squad, “Hell Alice,” fighting as part of a worldwide resistance against the mysterious Builders, whose Pillars have rendered post-1970s aircraft unusable. Forced to fly aging machines against technology taken by their enemy, the unit counts on Aria Hitotose—a gifted school-aged pilot nicknamed the “Ice Doll”—when a rescue mission for survivors from a destroyed base spirals out of control.
