As soon as the half-price stickers appear, shoppers transform into ruthless competitors, and the store becomes a place where only “Wolves” and “Dogs” remain—those who win dinner and those who go home empty-handed.

High schooler You Satou is thrown into this strange nightly conflict after wandering in at the worst possible moment. Rather than back away, he decides to take part, despite having little talent for fighting. Noticing his inexperience, the skilled upperclassman Sen Yarizui brings Satou—and Hana Oshiroi, a girl who prefers to watch the chaos—into the Half-Priced Food Lovers Club, where they begin to learn the rules and pride behind battling for a discounted meal.
