Synopsis
Released as a promotional video for *Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu: Matsuri*, this short was first screened publicly at Comiket 78 before being uploaded to YouTube and featured on the official website. It was later bundled with the first Blu-ray/DVD volume of the *Matsuri* OVA.
