Innocent Venus

In 2010 AD, a wave of Hyper Hurricanes erupts across the globe, leaving the planet unrecognizable. The catastrophe kills five billion people and collapses economies and militaries alike, while ice locks down entire nations and rising seas swallow once-open plains. With the population reduced to three billion, civilization fractures into a harsh new order.

Power consolidates within special economic zones controlled by a ruling class known as Logos, who enforce their authority through armed strength. Outside those protected areas, poverty and sprawling slums define life for the displaced Revenus, pushed out and treated as outsiders.

Years later, Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin flee Phantom—an organization tasked with monitoring Revenus and suppressing dissent—while escorting a mysterious girl, Nobuto Sana. Her presence draws attention from multiple factions, each pursuing her for their own purposes.
