In the year 20xx, a civil conflict erupts in a small Asian nation, defying the efforts of UN peacekeeping forces. Amidst the turmoil, a serendipitous photograph captures a flag that unexpectedly becomes a beacon of hope for reconciliation. This image, representing the aspirations for peace, catalyzes negotiations to end the hostilities. However, just as a truce appears within reach, an extremist group seizes the flag, threatening to unravel the delicate peace process.

In response, the United Nations deploys the Special Development Command (SDC), equipped with the cutting-edge High Agility Versatile Weapon Carrier (HAVWC), to retrieve the stolen emblem. Accompanying them is Saeko Shirasu, a determined photojournalist who happens to be the original creator of the iconic photograph. As she documents the mission, Saeko navigates the complexities of war and the fight for peace, revealing the profound impact of a single image in a world fraught with conflict.
