Priest Genjo Sanzo continues the westward trek with Cho Hakkai, Sha Gojyo, and Son Goku, determined to prevent the demon Gyoumao from being brought back to life. With their name traveling ahead of them, the Sanzo Ikkou rarely finds a quiet road, facing demon assassins wherever they go.
