Synopsis
A year after the 77th-generation understudies entered AKB0048, the Deep Galactic Trade Organization (DGTO) and DES intensify their campaign against entertainment across the galaxy. With the pressure mounting, AKB0048 revives traditions that had been set aside: the general elections and the coveted Center Nova position.
The understudies are suddenly pulled into a fresh contest—this time competing head-to-head with the successors. As AKB0048 reinstates policies not seen since Acchan’s disappearance, an even greater threat begins to stir quietly in the background.
