Synopsis
After the devastating conflict with the giant Zentradi, humanity pushes deeper toward the galaxy’s center aboard the colonial fleet Macross Frontier, where daily life carries on within its protected cities. In 2059, pilot trainee Alto Saotome is set to take part in an aerial routine accompanying superstar singer Sheryl Nome’s highly anticipated concert.
The celebration is shattered when the biomechanical Vajra breach the fleet’s defenses and crash near the venue, throwing the city into panic. Amid the evacuation, Ranka Lee is left behind and becomes a target—until Alto intervenes. His actions draw the attention of Strategic Military Services, leading to his recruitment as Macross Frontier confronts a new extraterrestrial threat.
