My Little Monster OVA

Set in Edo long before the modern era, Princess Chizuru Ooshima is determined to pass her English proficiency exam—despite a notorious weakness for sweets. To keep the princess from getting distracted, the Shogun orders a town-wide ban on confections, sending ripples through daily life.

As the edict takes hold, friction builds between two influential factions: the Mizutani group, headed by the admired Shizuku “Ane-san” Mizutani, and the Yoshida group, led by the unpredictable Haru “Harunosuke” Yoshida. When Ane-san tries to reach Harunosuke with word of a newly established temple school, a chance encounter draws them together, and feelings begin to grow—only to meet resistance from those determined to keep them apart.
