Synopsis
In *Ghost in the Shell: Arise - Border 3: Ghost Tears*, Motoko Kusanagi and Batou pursue a terrorist group identified by the Scylla emblem, drawing them deeper into a case where technology and ideology collide.
At the same time, Togusa follows a separate lead: the killing of a man fitted with a prosthetic leg produced by the Mermaid’s Leg corporation. As the investigations unfold in parallel, the threads hint at a larger mystery beneath the surface.
