Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san

Yachiyo Inugami is an outgoing cat enthusiast, while Suzu Nekoyama is a reserved girl who prefers dogs. On an otherwise ordinary day, the two are abruptly pushed into an unexpected relationship, their contrasting personalities sparking a strange pull that keeps drawing them together. As they start to understand each other, Inugami’s single-minded attempts to win Nekoyama over often provoke frantic, over-the-top reactions.

Their unusual dynamic soon catches the eye of their classmate Mikine Nezu, and the group ends up spending time in the “biology” club alongside the laid-back upperclassman Ushikawa Ukiji. With new bonds forming—especially between Nezu and Nekoyama—the everyday school setting turns into a lively mix of misunderstandings, pursuit, and playful cat-and-mouse comedy.
