Devilman

After a fatal accident during a Himalayan climb with his father, the body of timid teenager Akira Fudo is taken over by Devilman, a demon soldier who uses Akira’s human appearance as a cover. Sent to sow turmoil and prepare Earth for a demonic invasion, Devilman begins his mission from behind a familiar face.

Everything shifts when he encounters Akira’s childhood friend, Miki Makimura, and falls for her. Turning against his own kind, Devilman chooses to defend Miki and humanity, drawing the wrath of Demon Tribe leader Zennon, who dispatches demons to eliminate the traitor. As word spreads that Miki is Devilman’s weakness, the fight becomes as much about protecting her as surviving the relentless pursuit.
