Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files

Fourteen-year-old delinquent Yuusuke Urameshi dies after throwing himself in front of a speeding car to save a child—an act so unexpected that the Spirit World hesitates to let him move on. Koenma, the young heir who oversees the afterlife’s affairs, offers Yuusuke a path back to life: complete a set of trials and take on work as a Spirit Detective. With the death god Botan as his guide, Yuusuke is sent to confront dangerous supernatural forces stirring on Earth.

As the cases grow more perilous, Yuusuke teams up with former rival Kazuma Kuwabara and two demons with troubled histories, Hiei and Kurama. United by hard training and relentless battles, the group stands against enemies whose ambitions could put all of humanity at risk.
