Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue

In the four-island archipelago south of Japan, anti-gravity “Grav-Shoes” have made free flight part of everyday life—and sparked a competitive pastime called Flying Circus. In matches, players score by tagging floating buoys or striking an opponent’s back as they weave through open sky.

New transfer student Asuka Kurashina stumbles into the sport at Kunahama High School, only to surprise everyone by executing a challenging move on her very first try. Drawn in by that moment, she joins the school’s Flying Circus club under coach Masaya Hinata, alongside veteran flyer Misaki Tobisawa and Misaki’s fiercely protective friend Mashiro Arisaka, as the team works to find its footing in the air and face what comes next.
