Gunslinger Stratos: The Animation

In A.D. 2115, the island nation once known as Japan has been reorganized into the “17th Far East Imperial City Management District.” Residents accept a quieter, more regulated life, convinced that stability has replaced uncertainty—and that tomorrow will look just like today. That confidence begins to crack as “Degradation,” a rare illness that reduces the human body to a pile of sand, continues its unsettling spread across the world.

Amid the growing threat, ordinary student Tohru Kazasumi is pulled into a conflict that reaches beyond his own reality. Caught in a struggle between his world and a parallel one known as “Frontier S (Stratos),” he’s forced into a battle where the opponent he must face is himself. As the two futures converge, the question of whether either world can find peace hangs in the balance.
