In the quaint village of Jimuna on the continent of Jamu Jamu, a young girl named Kukuri stands out as the last heir of the Migu Migu Tribe. Under the guidance of an elderly witch, she is introduced to the tribe's ancient magic, though her struggles with the craft often lead to humorous mishaps. Meanwhile, her neighbor Nike is raised in a strict household that instills in him the qualities of a true hero. Despite his parents' expectations, Nike harbors doubts about his aspirations to become a brave warrior.

When the village's king, Kodai, calls upon its youth to join the fight against the sinister forces of Giri, Kukuri and Nike find themselves thrust into an unexpected adventure.
