Tokyo native Yukitaka Tsutsui heads to Yamagata for high school on a baseball scholarship, and the local buzz is immediate—he’s coming from Japan’s top middle school program. But the excitement takes a sharp turn the moment he unlocks his new apartment and finds a stranger casually reading inside, even wearing his clothes.

The intruder introduces himself as Baka Ki El Dogra, an alien who claims to have crash-landed on Earth with nowhere else to stay—and, more specifically, the crown prince of planet Dogra. He’s also proof that Earth already has plenty of extraterrestrial residents. Unfortunately for everyone around him, the prince’s idea of fun often means turning daily life into chaos, from subjecting his own followers to absurd “experiments” to handing out bizarre abilities and stirring up trouble wherever he goes.
