Synopsis

The continent of Atlatan is thrown back into open conflict after the Great Hall Tragedy. A wedding meant to secure peace between the Fantasia Union and the Factory Alliance—uniting Sir Alexis Douse and Lady Marrine Kreische—ends in catastrophe when a surge of interdimensional “Chaos” erupts, tainting the land and unleashing monsters and demons. From that darkness, the Demon Lord of Diabolos appears and slays the archdukes of both sides, extinguishing any immediate hope of reconciliation.

In the aftermath, Siluca Meletes, a mage of the Alliance, travels through Chaos-ridden territory on her way to study under a master magician. When soldiers aligned with the Federation threaten her, she’s saved by Theo Cornaro, a young warrior who bears a mysterious Crest—an emblem said to drive back Chaos. With no loyalty to any domain, Theo seeks to rise as a lord and reclaim his hometown of Sistina from a tyrant and the spreading corruption. Moved by his resolve, Siluca forms a magical contract with him, and together they set out across a land fractured by war.
