Choosing to forge their own identity rather than follow in their idols’ footsteps, Aqours throws themselves into school idol activities with renewed resolve. After a recent performance gives a modest boost to interest in their struggling Uranohoshi Girls’ High School, the nine girls aim to build on that progress through the upcoming open house and another shot at the next Love Live competition, hoping their strongest stage yet will draw more attention to the school.

Their momentum is shaken when Mari Ohara’s father refuses to reconsider his decision and the school’s closure is officially confirmed, halting student recruitment and canceling plans like the open house. Even as the situation turns bleak, Aqours keeps singing and dancing against the odds, determined to reach for the kind of miracle only their combined effort can create.
