Love Live! Sunshine!!

Chika Takami considers herself completely ordinary—no club activities, no standout talent, and no clear direction. A trip to Tokyo changes that when she encounters the dazzling world of school idols and realizes it might be a place where someone like her can shine. Inspired by the legendary group μ’s, she returns to her seaside hometown determined to start a school idol club at Uranohoshi Girls’ High School.

Getting that dream off the ground proves difficult from the start, especially with student council president Dia Kurosawa firmly opposed to forming the club. Hope arrives in the form of Riko Sakurauchi, a transfer student from Otonokizaka High School. Though shy, Riko’s skill at the piano catches Chika’s attention—yet winning her over, and building a group worthy of the legacy that inspired her, will take more than enthusiasm alone.
