Nabari no Ou

Fourteen-year-old Rokujou Miharu keeps the world at arm’s length—quiet, detached, and occasionally impish—until it’s revealed he carries the hijutsu “Shinrabanshou,” a formidable technique coveted by rival ninja clans seeking to rule Nabari. The secret behind his ordinary school life draws danger from every direction, turning him into the target of relentless pursuit.

Classmate Kouichi Aizawa and English teacher Thobari Durandal Kumohira, both ninjas of the Banten clan, step forward as his sworn protectors and urge him to join their ninja “club.” Miharu resists their offer with his usual indifference, but repeated attacks leave him little room to refuse, pulling him into a hidden conflict where his survival—and his growing proximity to Nabari’s throne—becomes impossible to ignore.
