Synopsis

Academy City leads the world in cutting-edge science and technology, famous for cultivating espers—students whose powers can bend the laws of reality. At the top stand the Level 5s, and Accelerator remains the strongest even after a serious brain injury leaves him weakened. Despite his harsh exterior, he keeps the young girl Last Order close and is determined to protect her no matter the cost.

Recovery offers little peace on Academy City’s shadowy underside. When a mysterious young woman comes looking for Last Order, Accelerator is pulled into a new struggle tied to a dangerous organization operating within Anti-Skill, the city’s peacekeeping force.
