Somali and the Forest Spirit

In a land ruled by demons, cyclopes, and other mythical beings, humans have become rare outcasts after a war pushed their kind to the brink of extinction. Those who remain are treated as prey—valued not for who they are, but as something to be hunted.

While on patrol as a golem tasked with safeguarding the forest, a solitary nature guardian discovers a young human girl. Moved by her bright spirit, he takes her in and names her Somali, setting out at her side on a journey to search for her parents and return her to a place she can call home.
