In a world threatened by the invasion of the Izaru race, Dr. Kazuki harnesses the powers of magnetism and innovative engineering to create a formidable weapon: a giant robot known as Gakeen. With the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, Dr. Kazuki's daughter, Mai, undergoes a perilous enhancement to become the pilot of "Mighty," also referred to as "Magnetman Minus." Alongside her, Takeshi Houjou pilots "Puraiza," known as "Magnetman Plus," as they prepare to confront the impending menace.
