At 28, Kyouya Hashiba can’t seem to catch a break. After quitting his office job to chase work in the video game industry, his internship at a well-known studio ends suddenly, leaving him unemployed and moving back in with his parents. Watching the celebrated “Platinum Generation” of creators thrive only deepens his regret—especially his choice to attend a conventional university instead of an arts college. Then, despite believing life offers no do-overs, Kyouya wakes up to find himself ten years in the past.

Determined not to repeat his old path, he enrolls at Oonaka University of Art, where he crosses paths with Eiko Kawasegawa—who would later hire him in the future—and moves in with classmates who will become the Platinum Generation: struggling artist Aki Shino, aspiring singer-actress Nanako Kogure, and naturally talented writer Tsurayuki Rokuonji. As they tackle projects together, Kyouya and his housemates inch closer to unlocking their potential and reshaping the lives they want to lead.
