In London, dragons are dismissed as folklore, yet records show they’re responsible for 72% of the city’s deaths. Most people see nothing at all—because the creatures exist beyond ordinary sight. Across from “Front London” lies its hidden counterpart, “Reverse London,” a mirror world where dragons are visible and their threat is a daily reality.

Ninny Spangcole may be known publicly as a member of a popular girl group, but in Reverse London she serves as a Witch for Wing Bind, an organization that uses magic to manage and eliminate dragons to protect both Londons. Working alongside her partner Noel Niihashi, Ninny also keeps an eye on Balgo Ywain Parks, a young man whose unusual link to dragons draws unwanted attention. After nearly a century without fatal attacks, that fragile calm breaks when Balgo’s presence brings a Dark Dragon into the city—just as Ninny’s troublesome former bandmate turns up in Reverse London, coinciding with the emergence of another formidable dragon.
