In “HLB,” pro-heroes who can’t resist America’s pastime create the Hero League of Baseball, where Quirks are fair game and the rules are… flexible. The HLB championship comes down to a final matchup between Gang Orca’s and Shishido’s rival agencies, split into the “Orcas” and the “Lionels,” until an unexpected villain disrupts the game just as it nears its conclusion.

“Laugh! As if you are in hell” follows Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki during their internship at Endeavor’s agency. A low-priority case involving a vandal known as “Smiley,” who leaves doodles around the city, suddenly becomes personal when Endeavor’s own home is targeted—forcing Endeavor and the trio into action against a Quirk that compels anyone who meets Smiley’s gaze to burst into uncontrollable laughter.
