In an adventurous escapade, Fuyuki Hinata and the Keroro Platoon journey to the ancient heights of Machu Picchu, where they stumble upon an abandoned temple rich with secrets. During their exploration, an accidental activation of a trap by Keroro leads them to a hidden chamber, revealing a mysterious blue crystal at its center, accompanied by a key on a pedestal. As curiosity gets the better of them, Keroro's innocent meddling triggers an enigmatic machine within the chamber, causing the entire structure to tremble.

As the group hastily retreats, a fleeting moment captures Fuyuki's attention—a glimpse of a radiant young woman, now adorned with ethereal wings, who watches their escape with a knowing gaze. In the frenzy, Keroro loses his Kero Ball, but the intrigue surrounding the glowing figure only deepens as the crystal within the chamber begins to pulse with life, hinting at the unfolding mysteries that await.
