In a world where imagination intertwines with reality, Aruto Kirihara, an ordinary high school student, finds himself captivated by the enchanting tales of Alice, penned by the mysterious recluse, Alternite L. One fateful night, as he immerses himself in crafting his own narrative for a potential "third book," he witnesses a girl soaring through the night sky, strikingly resembling the Alice from his fantasies. Driven by curiosity, Aruto pursues her, leading him to a library where he stumbles upon a fierce battle between two masked girls.

This encounter pulls Aruto into the extraordinary realm of Alices—an elite group of empowered teenage girls who engage in thrilling confrontations within a fantastical Wonderland. Their goal is to collect each other's "hidden stories," which, when united, will create the coveted third volume, "Eternal Alice," granting its holder a single wish. Although Aruto lacks the ability to transform into a magical girl, the potential for adventure remains alive through his supportive younger sister, Kiraha, and the girl of his dreams, Arisu, as they navigate this surreal and competitive landscape.
