Yorito Morimiya spends his days chasing the perfect sky, capturing its shifting moods—sunrises, sunsets, and drifting clouds—through his camera lens. During one predawn outing, he encounters an odd girl arguing with a vending machine; after he manages to free her tomato juice, she disappears as suddenly as she arrived.

The story centers on Yorito, his sister Aono, and their childhood friends Mana and Koyori Ishizuki, drawn into the orbit of that elusive girl who comes and goes without warning. As the line between everyday life and the supernatural blurs, hidden truths surface, and a quiet struggle between love and loneliness unfolds beneath the wide open sky.
