Among them is Ruby, a spirited white Japanese Hare whose magical prowess is occasionally unpredictable. Tasked with a quest to find her human partner, Ruby’s journey takes an unexpected turn when a mishap sends her into the Human World.

There, she encounters Akari Sakura on a beach, but communicates in a language that Akari cannot comprehend. With the aid of a special candy, Ruby gains the ability to speak in human terms, allowing them to connect. As Ruby learns about Akari's challenges, a bond forms, and a Jewel Charm appears on Akari's hand, signifying her selection as Ruby's partner. Together, they embark on an adventure to compete in the Jewel Star Grand Prix, where the ultimate prize is the fulfillment of any wish.
