Heart and Yummie

In a world where the balance between predator and prey is strictly defined, an unexpected bond forms when a gentle herbivorous dinosaur stumbles upon a lost egg. Taking it back to her nest, she is surprised when the egg hatches into a carnivorous dinosaur. Naming him Heart, she raises him alongside her own offspring, defying the norms of their society. As Heart matures, the struggle between his nature and the love he has known leads him to flee in shame upon realizing he cannot thrive on a herbivorous diet.

Years later, Heart, now a formidable predator, faces a moment reminiscent of his past when he discovers another egg. As a newborn herbivore emerges, Heart is taken aback by his own instinctive reaction, calling the hatchling "delicious." Mistakenly believing that Heart is his father, the fledgling adopts the name Umasou. Torn between his predatory instincts and the affection he feels for this innocent creature, Heart resolves to raise Umasou, grappling with the harsh realities of their world and the complexities of their identities as he navigates the line between their opposing natures.
