Morita Mayu is a high school girl known for saying very little. Her quietness—and the way she looks people straight in the eyes—can sometimes be taken the wrong way, leading to small misunderstandings around campus.

It isn’t that Mayu dislikes talking or has nothing to share. She simply thinks so carefully about what to say that the right moment passes before she can speak up. Even so, she enjoys a pleasant school life alongside her classmates.
