Kurotori Chiyoko, an enthusiastic fifth-grader with a passion for the paranormal, finds herself on an unexpected journey when a friend's request for love fortune-telling goes awry. Attempting to summon Cupid, her cold-ridden voice instead brings forth Gyubid, a flamboyant witch who insists she is the most glamorous instructor in the realm of magic.

Embracing her new reality, Chiyoko delves into the world of witchcraft under Gyubid's watchful eye. The lessons are demanding, and the consequences for half-hearted efforts are severe.
