Marika Katou, a dedicated third-year student at Hakuho Girls' Academy, leads an extraordinary double life as a space pirate, equipped with a Letter of Marque. Balancing her academic responsibilities, her role as the head of the school's space yacht club, and a part-time job at Cafe Lamp, she also commands the Bentenmaru, her own pirate ship. Her thrilling routine takes an unexpected turn when she receives a mission to raid a luxury passenger vessel.

During this operation, Marika encounters Kanata Mugen, a young boy in possession of a rare "galaxy pass." This chance meeting sparks an exhilarating journey that pits Marika and her crew against formidable rivals in a high-stakes hyperspace race, blending adventure and camaraderie in the vastness of space.
