Yuuki Akamatsu’s ordinary high school routine takes an unexpected turn when his cousin, Ayaka Nikaidou, talks him into joining the Journalism Club—not as a reporter, but as a “life consultant” in charge of the school paper’s anonymous advice column. The role is meant to push Yuuki to open up socially, and it quickly becomes a weekly fixture of campus life.

He’s soon joined by three fellow consultants: the bright yet reserved Rino Endou, the sporty and outspoken Ikumi Suzuki, and the refined, gentle Fumi Kujou. With each request that comes in, the group tackles students’ concerns through spirited debates and small-scale social experiments, blending their different viewpoints into a single answer. Over time, their efforts start reflecting back on them, revealing that helping others also means confronting their own everyday worries.
