Merman in my Tub

On his walk home from school, Tatsumi comes across someone collapsed by a lakeside—only to realize the stranded stranger is Wakasa, a striking merman. With Wakasa unable to return home due to pollution in his waters, Tatsumi offers an unlikely sanctuary: the bathtub in his own apartment.

Tatsumi’s everyday routine quickly turns into a balancing act as Wakasa settles in with a loud, unapologetic presence. Matters get even more chaotic when Wakasa’s aquatic companions—Takasu, Mikuni, and Maki—drop by without warning, filling Tatsumi’s home with curiosity about life on land. Between keeping up with school and managing his unusual houseguests, Tatsumi gradually finds himself warming to their childish mischief and the unexpected friendship taking shape.
