In a far-future galaxy, the technologically dominant Abh Empire continues its advance as one world after another falls under its control. In response, humanity organizes the Four Nations Alliance—formed by the United Mankind, the Republic of Greater Alcont, the Federation of Hania, and the People’s Sovereign of Union Planets—to resist Abh expansion.

*Crest of the Stars (Seikai no Monshou)* follows Jinto Linn, whose life was reshaped when his father, the president of Martine, surrendered their planet to the Abh in exchange for status within the empire. Now a young count expected to navigate Abh aristocratic society, Jinto finds an unexpected ally in Lafiel Abriel, a reserved Abh princess who becomes his companion. En route to Jinto’s new school in Abh territory, their ship is swept into a fierce space engagement between Alliance and Abh forces—an encounter that draws them into a conflict on the brink of becoming all-out war.
