In the year 2100, the world is intricately connected through an expansive computer network, where children immerse themselves in a virtual realm known as Magical Gate. Here, they transform their consciousness into data, becoming Web Divers who explore and play together in this vibrant cyber park. However, chaos ensues when a formidable computer virus emerges, threatening to dismantle the very fabric of Magical Gate from within.

To combat this insidious threat, programs known as Web Knights are designed to safeguard the young adventurers. Yet, the virus cunningly corrupts these guardians, turning them against the children they were meant to protect. Among them, only one Web Knight, Gladion, manages to break free from the virus's control. Seeking to restore peace, Gladion turns to Kaito Yuki, a determined fourth grader and skilled Web Diver, to join him in their quest to reclaim the digital playground from the clutches of chaos.
