Synopsis
Set in the year 20XX, fifth-grader Netto Hikari receives an unforgettable present: a custom NetNavi named Rockman. Though Rockman may be small, his levelheaded, dependable nature quickly complements Netto’s energy, and the two form a fast friendship.
