Minato Kiyomizu wakes up in the hospital to learn he’s been in a coma for 203 days. A car accident has erased all memories of his middle school years, including the time when he excelled at water polo. Drawn to the sport he can no longer remember, Minato pushes through rehabilitation, wrestling with the gap between who he used to be and who he is now.

Starting at Yamanami High School, a promise and reminders of his former skill pull him back toward the pool. Even knowing how far he’s fallen, Minato joins the water polo club and begins again from the fundamentals, working with his teammates to recruit enough members to field a full seven-player roster—and to uncover the talent he once had.
