I My Me! Strawberry Eggs

Fresh out of college and trained to become a physical education teacher, Amawa Hibiki can’t seem to land a job, burning through what little money he has just to get by. When his landlady demands rent up front, he makes a last-ditch attempt to get hired at a local middle school—only to be rejected immediately by the principal, a woman who openly refuses to employ male teachers and voices her deep distrust of men.

Determined not to give up, Hibiki takes an extreme approach with his landlady’s help: he disguises himself as a woman and secures the position. Now he must protect his secret at school while navigating awkward close calls and unexpected attention from students of both sexes, all while trying to prove the principal’s harsh assumptions wrong.
