At Wakame High School, Okometsubu Fujiyama is on a mission to forge 100 friendships, but his plans take a wild turn when he crosses paths with the eccentric Masaru Hananakajima. Masaru, a devoted martial artist, introduces Fujiyama to the unconventional discipline of "Sexy Commando" martial arts. Intrigued, Fujiyama—affectionately dubbed Fuumin—joins Masaru in establishing a club dedicated to this unique form of self-expression.
